About Our Role:?
The Inside Sales & Logistics Administrator / Office Manager will report directly to the Inside Sales & Logistics Lead. This role is full-time and on-site 5 days per week in our new Sterling, Virginia office with additional travel to our satellite location in Chicago for training. The schedule is 7:00am – 3:30pm ET.
What You Will Do:?
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth rental and logistics operations.
Manage and track rental activities, maintain accurate records, and research cost-effective shipping solutions in a dynamic, detail-driven environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and problem resolution, using logistics vendor systems (FedEx, UPS, SWA Cargo, etc) for shipping cost estimates and tracking.
Nurturing A-Rent’s current customer base and collaborate to develop strategies for new customer engagement and market penetration.
Consistently deliver clear and professional communication, while ensuring customer satisfaction to our valued clients
Demonstrate the ability to retain and recall large quantities of part numbers with accuracy.
Understand the logistics process to support order pickups and customer needs in the early morning.
Open the office every morning and ensure it’s stocked with the necessary office supplies including but not limited to, paper, notepads, and snacks.
Ability to work independently as well as with part of a team in a different location.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, or in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Prior work experience in sales, call center, or telephone support
Experience with NetSuite CRM & ERP systems is highly desirable
Experience in a distribution environment is a plus
Background in delivery logistics is a strong plus

$22 - $27
