Tryst Hospitality is seeking a visionary Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations for a dynamic hospitality group featuring restaurants, nightlife venues and event-driven dining experiences.
This role is responsible for leading kitchen teams, developing menus and ensuring operational excellence across multiple culinary concepts.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple restaurant concepts
• Create and implement innovative menus that elevate the guest experience
• Maintain consistency in food quality, flavor and presentation standards
• Manage food purchasing, inventory and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Train, mentor and develop kitchen staff and sous chefs
• Collaborate with management teams to improve operational efficiency
• Manage staffing, scheduling and kitchen performance
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Advanced knowledge of restaurant kitchen management and menu design
• Ability to manage high-volume culinary operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
