Do you read blueprints with confidence, switch seamlessly between MIG, TIG, and stick, and take pride in flawless welds? Looking for a long-term home base in the Northshore area where quality and teamwork come first? If so, this role was built for you.Imagine Your First Week

You’re handed a new project with tight tolerances. You study the drawings, choose the best process for the materials at hand, and lay down consistent, clean welds. You double-check integrity, adjust equipment for optimal performance, and partner with teammates to ship on schedule—while keeping safety front and center. Along the way, you lend a hand to junior welders, sharing tips that help them level up.Core Duties

Apply MIG, TIG, and stick welding on multiple materials and configurations.

Interpret blueprints/technical documentation to define scope, sequence, and tolerances.

Inspect and test welds to confirm structural integrity and finish quality.

Service and maintain welding equipment and shop tools.

Collaborate with the team to meet production timelines and goals.

Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Provide mentorship to developing welders as needed.Your Profile

3+ years of proven welding experience.

Strong blueprint literacy and technical comprehension.

High attention to detail; quality-focused mindset.

Resourceful problem-solver; works well independently or with a team.

Welding certs (AWS, ASME) welcomed but not required.
