Facilities Project Engineer - $105-120K + 10% Bonus – Pharmaceuticals Mfg - Plays a critical role in the design, installation and commissioning of facility-related projects such as: utilities and building construction and maintenance, and troubleshooting of existing processes. Primary focus on maintain complaint building systems, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

Main Areas of Responsibilities: Develops detailed project elements for scope, schedule, and cost; Prepares cost, feasibility, and capital cost estimates and justifications; Supports the conversion of small-scale processes into commercially viable large-scale operations; Project areas may include: Critical Utilities including, Clean Steam, Nitrogen, HVAC, and USP Water systems - Building Maintenance systems - Design, Process Flow and P&ID for plant systems - Pharmaceutical Clean Room air handling management - Chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, boilers, electrical distribution systems, fire sprinklers and pumps, and other similar industrial equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field of study - Six (6) years of Engineering experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office is required including MS Project and Auto CAD - Two (2) years of project management experience leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams - Three (3) years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry, or equivalent experience. Design and installation, Start up, Commissioning and Validation, Maintenance/Turnaround/Shutdowns, Change control, Documentation, managed at least a $1MM Project in the past.
