Location: Hudson, NH

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Candidate Pay Rate: $43.66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications daily following program policy and medical protocols to support patient recovery

Operate and calibrate automated dispensing systems and maintain dispensing equipment for safe, reliable medication delivery

Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with company protocols and federal/state regulations

Ensure secure storage and distribution of controlled substances in line with DEA and state guidelines

Manage medication inventory, order and restock supplies (when authorized) to keep the clinic running smoothly

Perform daily patient assessments and communicate changes to the treatment team

Collaborate with physicians, nursing supervisors and counseling staff to deliver compassionate, non-judgmental care

Assist Nursing Supervisor with onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff

Qualifications

Active LPN or LVN license (New Hampshire active license or compact licensure required at time of submission)

Minimum 1 year of medication administration experience (required)

Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required, submit documentation)

Current skills checklist (LPN) within last year (required, submit documentation)

Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years (required, submit documentation)

Opioid addiction center or substance use disorder treatment experience highly preferred

Willingness to work within program policies and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or equivalent

High school diploma or GED required; vocational nursing education preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication management and safe dispensing practices

Experience with automated dispensing systems and pump calibration

Comfortable with accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance (DEA/state)

Ability to perform patient assessments and document clinical observations

Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment principles and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach

Good communication and teamwork skills to work alongside physicians, nursing supervisors and counseling staff
