As a Full Time Behavior Technician (BHT), you will:

Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create meaningful change.

Assistclients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.

Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.

Follow treatmentplanand educate others about ABA interventions.

Collect andmaintaindata, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.

Position Qualifications for a Behavior Technician (BHT):

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.

Strong communicationskills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).

Ability tolift upto 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
