Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing extrovert with above average communication skills and superior work effort. We prefer a college education and some knowledge of healthcare delivery or services. This is a long-term engagement to replace a Business Development Manager who was recently promoted to Regional Operations Director, and that person will initially provide transitionary training and then provide ongoing continued tutorship.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily sales efforts
Marketing and sales development of new healthcare focused clients
Manage existing client relationships
Manage monthly client reporting
Handle customer service issues for existing and new clients
Attend industry conferences to represent company
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Knowledge and/or experience in healthcare services industries or roles
Strong leadership qualities & Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
Valid drivers license and insurable with clean criminal background
