Job Description
We are seeking experienced set up operators - this role involves operating machinery, setting up equipment, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates will undergo a strong training program before transitioning to their designated shift. Responsibilities
Operate machinery and conduct final inspections on products.
Adjust machinery settings including heights, speeds, and feeds.
Work from drawings and blueprints.
Obtain raw materials necessary for job tasks.
Organize products into their designated areas.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation or higher-level assembly.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Competence in working from blueprints or drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a fabrication shop is beneficial.
Automotive industry, beyond basic oil changes, is advantageous.

The pay range for this position is $24.29 - $24.29/hr.
