About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive adoption of our end to end solar energy and pre-fabricated room (PUF) solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, relationship management, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers (homeowners, businesses, industries).
Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
Spend dedicated time daily calling decision-makers and fixing appointments.
Conduct site visits and assist technical teams in feasibility checks.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales documents.
Learn about government subsidies, net metering, and financing options for customers.
Maintain customer data and follow structured reporting practices.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the team in negotiations, invoicing follow-ups, and project handovers.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any discipline.
Strong communication, presentable and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and customer meetings.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
