What You'll Do

In this role, you'll own machine setup, operation, and programming for both CNC and laser cutting systems. You will:

Set up and operate CNC and laser cutting machines to produce highprecision parts.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running efficiently.

Create and optimize CNC/laser programs using Gcode or CAD/CAM platforms.

Design and fabricate custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures to streamline production.

Support robotic programming and integration efforts for material handling and automation.

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.

What You Bring

High school diploma required; technical diploma or associate degree in machining, manufacturing, or mechatronics preferred.

3+ years of experience operating and programming CNC and/or laser cutting machines.

Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and Gcode.
