Description

Dresser Utility Solutions is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Intern to join our team. The HSE Intern will support the Health, Safety & Environment team in a manufacturing environment by assisting with safety programs, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

Assist with safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification on the production floor

Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

Help maintain OSHA, environmental, and safety documentation

Participate in job safety analyses (JSAs) and risk assessments

Support safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives

Assist with tracking safety metrics and reports

Collaborate with operations and engineering on safety improvements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field.

Minimum GPA requirement of 3.2.

Interest in manufacturing safety and regulatory compliance

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills.

Majors

Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
