Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Senior Analyst in Vietnam

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Participating in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC – Advance modules implementation and enhancement phase;

Monitoring and supporting End-users;

Collecting and analyzing requirements;

Solutions design including integration with related services;

Backlog management and task decomposition;

Independent system configuration according to business process requirements, where feasible by the analyst's efforts;

Collaborating with vendors to monitor the systems;

Development of testing methodologies (test cases, test data), testing of implemented system enhancements, conducting acceptance tests with participation of business users, organizing and conducting demonstrations for business and end-users;

Participating in and supporting other IT projects which relate to ERP.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, tech, economics, or a related field;

At least 5 years of experience as a systems analyst, including a minimum of 3 years working with MS Dynamics AX (AXAPTA), MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central;

Knowledge of key system modules: financial management, sales, procurement, inventory management, production;

Experience in collecting, assessing, and analyzing information and business requirements, writing technical specifications and user instructions;

Experience in implementing integration with external systems;

Experience in designing data storage structures;

Problem management skill;

Change management skill;

Time management skill;

Analytical thinking, ability to structure information and identify dependencies, skill in visualizing data for decision-making;

Excellent communication skills, ability to explain concepts clearly and simply, goal-oriented, team player;

Proficiency in SQL and Power Query;

English language B2 level, Russian language is an advantage.

Strongly preferred:

Strongly preferred to MS Dynamics 365 Business Central experiences;

Experience in managing ERP implementation and development projects;

Experience in Power BI.
