Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns. If you’re data-oriented, creative with ad copy, and passionate about delivering measurable results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and performance
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
Optimize ad creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align ads with overall brand strategy
Requirements:
Proven experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Interest in food, grilling, or lifestyle brands is a plus
