POSITION SUMMARY
Parc is seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven Fine Dining Server to join our front of house team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive, elevated, and personalized service that reflects the standards of our upscale dining environment.
The Fine Dining Server will guide guests through the menu with confidence, demonstrate a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and service etiquette. This position works closely with the entire FOH team to ensure seamless service, guest satisfaction, and the overall success of each service period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\tInteract with customers, take orders and drinks
\tAssess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
\tPlan and present menus and drink lists
\tExecute full dinner and wine service
\tKnow the steps of service
\tCheck customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
\tMaintain side work throughout all parts of your shift.
\tStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
\tComply with all food and beverage regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
\t5+ years experience in Fine Dining
\tResume and proven working experience as a fine dining server
\tExcellent knowledge of wine, alcohol, and menu items
\tComputer literacy
\tPositive attitude and excellent communication skills
\tServSafe Food Handlers certificate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

\tGood Hand-Eye Coordination: Coordination for tasks like food preparation, arranging dishes, and managing multiple kitchen activities simultaneously.
\tTolerance to Heat and Moisture: Comfort working in hot, steamy kitchen environments with exposure to high temperatures from stoves, ovens, and dishwashers.
