Material Handler

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Material Handler is responsible for supporting production operations by safely moving materials throughout the facility. This position involves operating material handling equipment, auditing products, and assisting with picking, packing, shipping, and unloading activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. This is FIRST SHIFT!

Responsibilities:

Operate a tugger and electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility

Pick, pack, ship, and unload materials and finished goods

Audit and inspect products for accuracy and quality

Supply materials to production areas as needed

Maintain an organized and safe work environment

Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating a tugger and electric pallet jack required

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and safety

Physical Requirements:

Must be comfortable with lifting, turning, twisting, and standing for long periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Steel-toed boots/shoes required

This is a physically demanding position
