What You’ll Do:
As the Hospital Manager, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital. You will lead, support, and empower your team while ensuring our patients and clients receive outstanding care and service.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily hospital operations and staff management
Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling team members
Coaching, mentoring, and creating individualized growth and development plans
Partnering with Area Hospital Managers to improve workflows and operational efficiency
Managing client concerns with professionalism and compassion
Collaborating with the Area Director to establish and achieve operational and financial goals
Compensation:
$65,000-$72,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule:
This is a Full-Time, in hospital position.

Requirements
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required.
3+ years in Customer Service role, preferably in veterinary practice.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
Proven experience developing and growing teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Standard knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office Programs.
Must be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
