Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselors to guide UPSC aspirants in selecting the right courses and mentorship programs. The role involves student counseling, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable courses or mentorship programs

Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective students to drive enrollments

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Maintain accurate student interaction records and CRM updates

Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Build strong rapport with students for long-term engagement and referrals

Eligibility & Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
