Plastic Pipe Manufacturing

Territory: OR, ID, and N. CA

Cresline, a privately held leading manufacturer of plastic pipe serving the irrigation, plumbing, water well, hardware, industrial, and municipal wholesale distribution markets, is seeking a proactive, motivated, and coachable individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative.

This position is based out of our Cresline-Northwest facility in Chehalis, WA, and requires extensive travel across the assigned territory (Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California).

Key Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Representative will be the first point of contact, maintaining and creating sales opportunities by:

Customer Engagement: Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

Sales & Promotion: Presenting, promoting, and selling products to existing and prospective customers across the wholesale distribution network.

Service: Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Strategy & Travel: Developing territorial sales forecasting and strategies and regularly traveling throughout the sales territories to support the customer base.

Trade Shows: Participating in regional trade shows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent industry experience.

Demonstrated experience in sales and/or customer service.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.

Proven prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently (field-based) and collaborate effectively as part of a regional team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with SAP is a plus.
