Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Process invoice batches

Resolve vendor payment queries

Handle assigned vendors and process 3-way matching

Coordinate with the purchasing department to gather any missed information

Communicate with vendors for general business and for issue resolution Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent

2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
