Machine Operator

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Seville, Ohio company seeking a dependable Machine Operator/General Laborer to join their team. This position will assist with setting up work areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting daily production operations.

M-F 8am -5pm $18/hr.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and organizing materials and supplies

Unloading deliveries

Performing production steps such as applying adhesive plate material and cutting plastic materials to order specifications

Maintaining accurate production records

Basic packaging of finished products for shipment

Once the employee gains a solid understanding of materials and processes, they will receive training to operate print plate manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications:

Basic math skills required (must be able to accurately read a ruler)

Ability to push, move, and/or lift up to 100 pounds during deliveries

Ability to stand for the majority of the workday

Strong attention to detail

Reliable daily attendance and punctuality

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a production environment
