Compensation

Salary Range: $44.19 - $66.59 per hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As a member of the Information Systems team, the Application Systems Analyst I provides entry-level support and operational assistance. This position focuses on application issue triage, documentation, and basic system troubleshooting and validation. Analysts at this level are expected to develop foundational knowledge of supported applications and contribute to efficient ticket management and resolution processes.

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

One (1) year of Health Information Technology (HIT) experience

One (1) year of experience in related roles providing application or end-user support

ITIL Foundation Certification, or must obtain within six (6) months from hire date

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience supporting Epic patient access applications such as Grand Central and Cadence, and Experian, or patient access operational experience utilizing these applications.

Experience with ServiceNow

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Clinical experience/license/certification

Proficiency in Epic Grand Central

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service through ticket triage, categorization, and documentation.

Provides support for routine, low-complexity user issues.

Escalates appropriately, following SLA and support protocols.

Uses the ITSM platform ServiceNow for daily ticket management.

Conducts basic application validation and testing.

Demonstrates sound judgment and critical thinking.

Documents and updates knowledge base entries, including workflows and procedures.

Fosters a positive and collaborative team environment.

Maintains awareness of application workflows and policies.

Manages expectations and communicates clearly and effectively with end users, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Participates in assigned training and onboarding efforts.

Performs other duties as assigned
