We are looking for an Encoder/Data Entry Clerk who can read and write Arabic fluently since all transaction is in Arabic and assist in managing and encoding invoices into the system.
The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry in Arabic language, organizing invoices, and supporting basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and encode invoices and financial data into the company system.
Read and verify invoices written in Arabic.
Maintain and organize invoice records and documents.
Ensure accuracy of entered data.
Assist the accounts or administration team when needed.
Prepare simple reports if required.
Requirements: Ability to read and write Arabic clearly.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel and Word). Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize documents and records.
