Machine Operator Project

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring safe and efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Hartland, WI.

Machine Operator Project responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate and monitor production machinery according to work instructions and safety guidelines

Load and unload materials, parts, or products as required

Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers

Inspect finished parts using basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met

Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Machine Operator Project requirements:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read work instructions, job travelers, or basic blueprints

Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Experience with hand tools or measuring equipment is a plus

Manufacturing/production floor environment

May require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions

Use of PPE as required
