Responsibilities The Facility Services Supervisor oversees Facility Techs who are responsible for maintenance and repairs in a subset of the full scope of the Facility Services Department including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, machine maintenance, grounds, landscape, FFE (Furniture, Finishes, Equipment), and small-scale renovations.

This position plays a critical role in supporting hospital operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Prepares work schedules, assigns tasks and directs satisfactory completion of work.

Directly responsible for coordination of internal and external resources on more complex work.

The Supervisor is also responsible for safety and training of FS staff and ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies and BSA policy.

Qualifications Job Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Prior supervisory experience * Valid Texas Driver's License Preferred Job Requirements: * Facilities or industrial maintenance experience * Prior knowledge and experience in hospital maintenance * CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager or equivalent
