Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

The Lead ServiceNow & AWS Developer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: * Lead end to end design, development, testing, and operations for ServiceNow and AWS solutions, including custom applications, OOTB modules, and integrations across the platform and AWS.

* Serve as a technical expert by mentoring junior developers, guiding platform best practices, and ensuring high quality engineering across ServiceNow development and integration areas.

* Drive adoption of AI assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code assistants, ServiceNow GenAI tooling). * Lead implementation and governance of ServiceNow Generative AI features (Now Assist, GenAI authoring, Virtual Agent enhancements). * Apply modern platform engineering practices including ATF, CI/CD pipelines, scoped app development, and modular architecture.

* Champion secure coding and compliance across ServiceNow and AWS solutions.

* Partner with product owners and architects to define platform strategy, standards, and scalable design patterns.

* Lead advanced enterprise integrations using Integration Hub and custom REST/SOAP/API solutions.

* Modernize legacy workflows to improve UX and business automation.

* Provide thought leadership in AI enhanced development lifecycle (test generation, documentation generation, code quality automation) * Support development of the design strategy for new products.

* Act as team lead on implementation process for new products.

* Identify opportunities for product improvements.

* Lead team members on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.

* Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * 4 years of development experience in JavaScript, Python, Java, and modern web technologies * Experience with AI assisted development tools and practices * Strong Software Development background * Experience developing solutions in the AWS cloud.

* Experience with database development (Oracle, MySQL, Sybase) * Experience developing web service integrations (SOAP/RESTful) DESIRED EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

* 10+ years of software development experience.

* 2+ years of ServiceNow development and support experience.

* Developer certifications in ServiceNow and AWS.

* Strong design, development, testing, and support experience, preferably with ServiceNow.

* Experience with HTML and CSS.

* Project management and team leadership skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Self driven individual with the ability to take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and assume responsibility.

* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance or supervision.

* Comfortable working in a fast paced, Agile-based team environment.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines.

* Ability to learn quickly and master new technical and business areas.

Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
