$17/hr (1st Shift Training) $18/hr (3rd Shift)

12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2-2-3)

High-Volume Production Facility

OpSource is partnering with a fast-paced bulk printing facility in Greenville, SC seeking a skilled Digital Print Operator specializing in continuous feed (roll-to-roll) production. Willing to train the right candidate!

This role is critical to high-volume output. You won't just monitor a machine - you'll manage the flow of miles of substrate, ensuring the first foot looks exactly like the ten-thousandth.

Shift Information

This is a 24/7 production environment with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Shift Options:

1st Shift (Training): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - $17/hr (We currently have 1st & 3rd shift openings)

3rd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - $18/hr

No swing shifts

Every other weekend off

Training will take place on 1st shift depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate continuous-feed presses (Ricoh Pro VC Series preferred)

Load/unwind heavy rolls; perform splicing and web threading

Monitor web tension and alignment to prevent wrinkling or misregistration

Coordinate in-line finishing (cutters, perfs, rewinders)

Maintain color consistency using densitometers/spectrophotometers

Troubleshoot equipment and maintain production standards

Ensure proper sorting per USPS regulations

Accurately record job data and production output

Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong attendance and reliability

Related printing or production experience preferred

Knowledge of USPS regulations is a plus

Ability to read job tickets and operate machinery independently

Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

Lift up to 25 lbs regularly

Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn
