This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

Pay Rate: $26/hr plus Overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire

Hours: 6:15 AM – 2:15 PM with days off most likely being Tuesday and Wednesday.

We are a 24x7 data center, so we work weekends, holidays and bad weather days.

IT Computer operator is the person responsible for monitoring and controlling (Company's worldwide organization projects and priorities, load adjustments as require per projects) and batch balancing on all systems, Omega OCM / Cloud software and all computer systems in our company worldwide organization and all other in-house peripheral /software components, and interact with internal and external customers, vendors and support teams, monitor, identify, engage and resolve system alerts, support calls from internal and global omega users.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Highly proficient with commands, programs, scripts, advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

· Problem solving for software and hardware

· Working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
