Job Description
Position Summary: Responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations, market growth, metric compliance and maintaining telecommunications relationships.
**MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**
Essential Job Duties:
Select best possible candidates to fill open technician positions
**Must be capable of running a daily route while also supervising the local technicians and their inventory**
Technician Development - train, coach and mentor technician staff
Conduct daily Quality Inspections on closed work orders
Accountable to meet and exceed all market performance metrics, work order completion and high quality of work produced
Safety Management, including but not limited to, promoting safe habits and up-training on new safety policies
Responsible for proactive and positive relationships with local WOW management
Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by Next Solutions and its customers
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years Cable management experience REQUIRED
Minimum of 3-5 years of prior cable management experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word & Excel
Proven leadership skills with managing a team of up to 20 direct reports
Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, including setting priorities to ensure optimum results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
