What you'll do: * Report directly to the Senior Director and designated Government personnel, operating as the primary execution authority.
* Lead and integrate multiple contractor and Government technical teams across all phases of the program, including transition-in, modernization, and steady-state sustainment.
* Coordinate technical and operational integration efforts across diverse workstreams, ensuring alignment to program priorities, schedules, and performance objectives.
* Maintain continuous engagement with senior Government stakeholders through clear, proactive communication on program status, risks, and recommendations * Resolve cross-team dependencies, enforce execution discipline, and drive timely decision-making in a high-visibility, mission-critical environment.
What you'll need to succeed: * Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
* 10+ years of experience with 5+ years leading large-scale mission critical 24x7 operations, in federal or DoD IT programs with full accountability for cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
* Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end program execution, including transition-in, modernization, and steady-state sustainment for mission-critical systems.
* Proven leadership of large, multi-partner teams of 60 or more personnel across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, software, DevSecOps, and systems integration.
* Demonstrated ability to serve as the single authorized interface with Government leadership, including Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer's Representatives.
* Direct experience managing programs in secure and highly regulated environments, including TS and SCI operations and secure facility coordination.
* Demonstrated experience overseeing programs subject to RMF, NIST 800-53, and authorization processes.
* Proven ability to establish and enforce program-level governance, including integrated master schedules, CDRLs, risk registers, staffing plans, and performance reporting.
* Demonstrated ownership of Monthly Status Reports, including staffing, financials, project status, action items, schedules, travel requests, and workforce engagement metrics.
* Demonstrated experience providing daily updates in Government tracking tools and leading monthly and quarterly Integrated Program Reviews, including agendas and minutes.
* Hands-on experience using Jira as an authoritative staff tracking and execution tool and Confluence for authoritative program documentation.
* Operational experience using ServiceNow to support IT service management, change control, and enterprise workflows.
* Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Program Management, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
* Atlassian JIRA (authoritative), Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Excel financial tracking models, Executive reporting dashboards * Meets DoD 8140 DCWF 802 requirements, such as CISM or CISSP.
This position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.
SALARY RANGE: $207,000- $253,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
