Student Development Operational Activities : • Conduct participant enrollment process (e.g. registration, RSVP, scheduling) • Process admission of related Student Development program request • Gather data related to student demands of Student Development programs • Distribute information regarding Student Development program to related parties • Conduct materials preparations and additional facilities for Student Development program implementation • Prepare learning material and copy process of hand out (if necessary) for student development program usage • Conduct participant data gathering process (e.g., program evaluation survey) and maintain recapitulation of evaluation questionnaire result in related program • Keep track of SAT point awarding & certification on each accomplished program (coordinate with Learning Operations section) • Update and maintain database regarding Student Development Center (e.g. participant data, activities data, speaker data, report data, learning materials and etc.) Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to direct Supervisor • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: •Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester) Work Exposure/ Experience: •No working experience
