Savannah State University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Data Assistant to support administrative operations across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering and updating data, and assisting with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in internal databases and systems
Review data for errors and ensure information is complete and up to date
Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support administrative staff with scheduling, correspondence, and clerical tasks
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information such as student or staff records
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
