Take the lead in maintaining a high-performing apartment community. You’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, support technicians, and ensure units and common areas stay fully functional and resident-ready.

Job Description

Lead and support maintenance team operations

Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

Manage and prioritize work orders

Coordinate make-ready and unit turn schedules

Maintain property systems, safety standards, and groundsQualifications

Prior apartment maintenance supervisor or lead tech experience

EPA Type II or Universal certification

Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge

Ability to manage work orders and delegate tasks

Must provide own tools

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environmentsBenefits Through BGSF:
