What will be your mission?

As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating,executing and supervising the work of the Front Office team, schedules, and shifts.

What will you do?

* Carry out the daily briefing with the team on your shift; * Prepares work instructions for the functional area, making changes and adaptations as necessary; * Controls the presentation/uniform of the team on your shift; * Ensures the completion of shift changes in the Front-Office, Back-Office and Lobby; * Controls the presentation of the Front-Office, Back-Office, Lobby and Hotel; * Plans, organizes and coordinates the human and material needs of the Front-Office; * Participates in the organization and planning of special orders or events What are we looking for?

* Professional experience in similar roles.

* Time flexibility * Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking). * High School Diploma or Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred). * Bachelor's or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred). * Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel's destination * Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality.- Genuine smile * Good looking and sympathy * Customer orientation * Passion for service * Professional attitude * Teamwork * Leadership ability * Autonomy and Initiative Why choose us?
