Job Title: Java Developer

We are seeking experienced Sr. Java Developers to support a top client of ours. In order to be successful in this role, we are seeking developers with 7–10 years of experience building and supporting scalable enterprise applications. Skilled in Java development, PL/SQL database programming, and modern front-end technologies such as React. Experienced working in large enterprise environments and leveraging containerized platforms to develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance applications.

Key Skills & Highlights

· 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development within large enterprise environments.

· Strong experience with PL/SQL for database development, performance tuning, and complex queries

· Front-end development experience using React for building responsive user interfaces

· Experience working with container technologies (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes) for application deployment and scalability

· Proven ability to design, develop, and support scalable and high-availability enterprise applications

· Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

· Experience troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and maintaining production systems

· Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle and best practices

· Assess exposure to modern tools (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CICD, Python, Java, Go etc) and BFSI-aligned frameworks

Additional requirements:

Education: Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Previous BFSI experience.

Need a valid Professional LinkedIn profile.

Willing to take a Technical assessment.

Engagement terms:

· Work Location: Dallas, TX (Coppell area)

· Client allows 3 days onsite

· Hourly rate: Open rate but competitive.

· Duration: Contract till end of year with likely extensions

· Openings: Multiple openings

· Interview Process –2 steps, video interview followed by a in-person interview.

· Must pass standard background investigation & drug screening.
