Our client is an innovative technology company focused on developing advanced solutions for atmospheric water harvesting and energy-efficient systems. They are seeking a Production Machine Operator for their facility here in Newark DE. The position is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. The right candidate will be able to follow directions, demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing process.

-Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete production tasks

-Assist with operating basic production equipment and tools

-Perform routine assembly and production duties

-Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

-Inspect products or materials to ensure quality standards are met

-Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Job Requirements:

-Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment

-Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly

-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work

-Team players with a positive attitude

-Candidates who are comfortable working with their hands and learning new equipment

-Someone who takes direction well and wants to grow within a production environment

-Basic hand tool experience is a plus but not required
