We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to be the friendly first point of contact for our title office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in accuracy, and genuinely likes working with people.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Greet clients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude

Perform accurate data entry into title and escrow systems

Assist with file setup, document organization, and basic administrative tasks

Support escrow officers, title examiners, and management as needed

Maintain a clean, organized front office and work area

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Strong attention to detail—accuracy matters in title work

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, bubbly personality with a professional demeanor

Reliable, punctual, and dependable (we need someone who shows up and stays engaged)

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment

Willingness to learn and take initiative—this is not a “sit and scroll” job

Basic computer skills (typing, email, data entry, scanning, filing)

Experience in a title company, real estate, legal, or office environment

Familiarity with title or escrow terminology
