The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:

Carpentry

Drywall Repair/Installation

Small Area Painting

Deck/Fence Repair

Door Window InstallationAdditional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:

Proper Equipment:

Must have a good variety of basic tools, and understand which tools are needed for each job so that you can notify the office if you do not have the specific tool for a job so that we can acquire the tool for you.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:

Polite and honest

A dependable truck or van that can haul tools and materials

Organized tools

Other:

Must be willing to undergo a background check
