Location: Assisted & Independent Living Communities

Schedule: Full-Time (minimum of 30 visits/week) Monday-Friday

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide skilled therapy services focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders within assisted living settings.Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations, treatment sessions, 30-day reassessments, re-certifications, and discharges

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals

Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

Perform clinical swallow evaluations and recommend diet modifications as appropriate

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques

Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

Manage a full caseload (28–32 visits per week for full-time positions)Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active state SLP license

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

CPR/BLS certification

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Strong knowledge of dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders

Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills

Compassionate and patient-focused mindset

Preferred:

Experience working with geriatric populations
