RN field work includes:

-Start of service

- Recertification of patient

- Resumption of care

-Discharge

-RN will provide head to toe assessment for patient at visit. report All patients wants and needs to agency.

LVN field work includes:

Observation of patient

Monitoring patients vital

Teaching and instruction on medication, diet

Wound care
