ハリー ポッター の世界観を大切にするショップの中で 空間や商品を通じてお客様へ特別なお買い物体験を提供 サポートしてください

Your Role Accountabilities

レジ業務全般 正確な会計業務を行いながら “魔法のひと言”を添え お客様に期待を超える特別な 体験 をお届け頂きます

在庫管理 店頭の品出し業務を担当し まるで映画のセットを創り上げるかのような高いクオリティで 世界観演出をサポート頂きます

フロアサービス サービスやサポートを通じてすべてのお客様に快適なお買い物体験を提供頂きます

1日の勤務時間の大半において 最前線に立ち お客様へ直接サービスを提供していただきます

アソシエイト(社員)のサポートを受けながら 営業中は主にレジ業務を担当頂きます

Qualifications & Experiences

ハリー ポッターの物語や映画制作への理解と関心を持ち IPビジネスに強い興味をお持ちの方

お客様の満足につながるサポートを提供したいと思う方

接客業経験 小売業 飲食業 レジャー アトラクション ホテル歓迎 のある方

チームで協力し 困難な状況においても問題解決 目標達成経験のある方

組織の変化や日々進化するオペレーションに前向きに取り組み 柔軟に対応できる方

英語をはじめとした 多言語でのコミュニケーション能力のある方

スマートフォンを用いて 業務上の情報を円滑にキャッチアップできる方 Microsoft Teams Outlook等を使用

労働条件

以下の時間で勤務ができる方

11:00-16:00

15:30-20:30

15:30-20:30 必須

17:00-22:00 必須

今回は必須の時間帯に勤務ができる方を募集しています

土日祝 繁忙期 年末年始 ゴールデンウィーク お盆 の勤務ができる方

給与

時給1,400円

着替え手当400円 1シフトにつき

雇用条件

月40~64時間労働 週2~3日出勤 の契約

社会保険適用なし

6か月ごとの契約更新 更新の可能性あり

シフトについて

1ヵ月ごとのシフトを作成 約２か月前に勤務希望日の提出をお願いいたします

兼業される方は 弊社との契約時間を担保していただくことを前提に 勤務時間数の 整をご自身でお願いいたします

休憩時間を除き一日中 立ち仕事 軽作業 屋外での作業となります
