Job Description Role Overview The Maintenance Manager leads plant-wide maintenance operations to ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective production.
This role oversees maintenance teams, equipment reliability, facilities, utilities, and tool & die operations while driving continuous improvement, preventive maintenance, and cost control.
