PHP Developer

Hiring: Full Stack Developer (PHP / Laravel / MySQL)

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong experience in PHP (Laravel) and MySQL who is actively coding and enjoys building scalable backend systems, workflow-driven platforms, and high-volume processing applications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, designing efficient data models, and building systems that automate operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using PHP (Laravel framework)

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for internal systems and external integrations

• Develop workflow-driven applications that automate intake, processing, validation, and output generation

• Design and optimize MySQL database schemas to support high-volume transactional systems

• Implement business logic for data validation, rule engines, and workflow routing

• Build modules for reporting, document generation, and system outputs

• Implement background processing for job queues, asynchronous processing, and event-driven tasks

• Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate complex business processes into scalable system logic

• Ensure performance optimization, system reliability, and maintainability of the platform

Technical Skills Required

Backend Development

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel Framework

• Experience building RESTful APIs and modular backend services

• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and Laravel best practices

Database

• Advanced knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization

• Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning

• Ability to design relational schemas for workflow and transaction-heavy systems

Integration & Automation

• Experience integrating with external APIs and service endpoints

• Experience implementing webhooks, event processing, and background job queues

• Ability to design systems that handle data ingestion, normalization, and automated processing pipelines

Platform & System Design

• Experience building systems with multiple workflow states and processing stages

• Familiarity with role-based access control, audit logs, and system monitoring

• Ability to design maintainable systems that support scalability and operational transparency

Front-End (Preferred)

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and modern front-end development practices

Ideal Candidate

• 3–8 years of full stack development experience

• Currently actively coding and building applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable translating complex operational processes into scalable software systems

• Able to work in a fast-paced product and engineering environment
