What you'll be doing:

• Job costing and detailed project cost tracking to support accurate financials

• WIP reporting and project margin analysis

• Preparing and managing AIA progress billing, including Schedule of Values and retainage tracking

• Month-end close support, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Partnering with project managers to monitor budgets, costs, and billing throughout the project lifecycle

• Helping streamline and improve accounting workflows

What they're looking for:

• Construction or project-based accounting experience

• Hands-on experience with job costing, AIA billing, and WIP schedules

• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Someone who wants more than a "desk job" and is excited about long-term growth
