Job Description
Lead Critical MEP Operations on Complex, High-Profile Projects
Take ownership of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems from installation through final turnover. In this role, you won't just coordinate trades-you'll drive performance, mitigate risk, and ensure seamless system delivery across every phase of the project.
You will direct and coordinate the installation of all MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and fire protection, ensuring full alignment with plans, specifications, and governing codes. The role leads subcontractors and trade partners to maintain schedule integrity, quality standards, and cost control while proactively managing and adjusting project schedules to keep key milestones on track.
You'll champion a zero-incident safety culture by enforcing site safety programs and regulatory compliance, while partnering closely with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field challenges quickly and minimize delays or rework. Responsibilities also include overseeing inspections, commissioning, system startup, turnover, and end-user training to ensure operational excellence at completion, while maintaining detailed reporting on MEP progress and contributing leadership during preconstruction planning and coordination.
