Job Description

Manage multiple commercial projects, overseeing scope, schedule, safety, and financial performance.

Lead coordination with owners, architects, trade partners, and field teams from 60% design through turnover.

Develop zone plans, bid schedules, logistics plans, and detailed sequence drawings with field leadership.

Produce and manage subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement schedules.

Facilitate OAC meetings, subcontractor meetings, QA/QC processes, safety reviews, and cost projections.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction.

Humble, hungry, and smart; strong communicator and collaborator.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Experienced managing several small to mid-sized projects simultaneously.

Demonstrates accuracy, accountability, and a client-focused mindset.
