Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Realtor to join Ryan's Realty. As a Realtor with our team, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while providing unparalleled customer service and guidance. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other agents to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure our clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties.

Assist clients with property pricing, market trends, and property value assessments.

Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to identify the best options for clients.

Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of the transaction process.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

Stay updated on local real estate trends, market conditions, and zoning regulations.

Work collaboratively with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to ensure successful deals.

Market listings through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising.

Manage administrative tasks including contract paperwork, property listings, and client follow-up.

Qualifications:

Valid Real Estate License in Utah.

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the buying and selling process.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Tech-savvy and proficient in using real estate software, CRM tools, and social media for marketing.
