Job Description
The Project Manager will:
Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are achieved
Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting, scope development, value engineering, and subcontractor coordination
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
Lead progress meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
Support the pursuit and delivery of larger, more complex commercial projects

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Project Manager Candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
General contracting background preferred (owner's rep experience also considered)
Experience managing commercial interior or tenant improvement projects ($500K-$15M+)
Strong knowledge of construction trades and project delivery processes
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software such as Procore or MS Project is a plus
