Job Description
* Support Project Managers with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
* Assist with schedule updates, cost tracking, and scope coordination
* Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and resolve field-level issues
* Participate in internal training programs and development workshops
* Collaborate with project directors and PMs to keep projects on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer should have:* 1+ year of construction experience, ideally in healthcare, light industrial, or education
* Background on projects $5M+
* Ability to run small scopes or support major packages
* Bachelor's in Construction Management (preferred, not required)
* Proactive, positive, and growth-focused with emerging leadership skills
