Validation Data Entry

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Validation Data Entry professional to join their team. As a Validation Data Entry specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting manufacturing and data management efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Anderson, IN

What's the Job?

Perform physical inspection of manufacturing parts to ensure accurate categorization and identification

Update and maintain data records in Nestle systems and Excel workbooks with precision

Validate manufacturer details, part numbers, and sales order information based on physical parts and printed data

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and documentation

Support manufacturing operations by providing timely and accurate data updates What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year experience in MRO, technical stores, or related roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks

Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods in varying temperature environments

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What's in it for me?
