Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated, safety-conscious Class A CDL drivers for Regional and Local routes. Our drivers deliver food-grade freight within their region and enjoy competitive pay, predictable schedules, and a supportive environment.

Pay & Home Time

Top drivers can earn an average of over $90k yearly

Average gross pay ranges from $70k to $80k, with potential for more

Afternoon/evening start times available

Drivers can stay out for a night or two for regional loads but should be flexible with local out-and-back routes

Guaranteed weekly pay

Weekend premium paid per load

$50 sleeper pay for DOT breaks taken in the truck away from the terminal

$10,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers

Unlimited driver referral bonuses

Quarterly safety bonuses

Equipment & Driver Support

Truck parking available at home or at the terminal

Minimal overnight trips

Combination of drop & hook and live load/unload based on customer needs

Assigned late-model equipment with complimentary XM radio

Paid orientation and paid tanker training ($200 per day)

Tanker endorsement required (reimbursed upon hire)

Experience less traffic with evening and night driving

Driver Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate company equipment

Maintain vehicles with an emphasis on safety and cleanliness

Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company policies

Accurately maintain ELD logs, trip reports, and documentation

Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members

Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections

Plan routes effectively to optimize time and fuel use

Driver Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL issued in your state of residence

At least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Must be at least 21 years old

Must pass DOT physical, ergonomic test, and drug screening

Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English

Clean MVR and strong safety record
